Other Notices

Message from Sally Robson:  47 no. Link to Hope shoe boxes have been taken to the Area receiver for despatch. Thank you to all who helped in any way to provide the boxes, items for them, and money. There is a small amount of money left over ready to start again next year. Thank you all again.

Message from Sue Sugdon re Midweek service:  For the past 17 years, Ann Westmorland has been arranging transport for the midweek service, and now feels it’s time to step down and so we are looking for someone to take over.

It is not an onerous job, only involving making one or two ‘phone calls, but if no one takes her place, then the midweek service will finish at the end of December when Ann finishes. This would be a great shame as many older people enjoy and rely on the service.  Please see Sue Sugdon or Ann if you feel you can help.
